The #1 Networking Experience For Millennial Brands #BYOBRETREAT

This past weekend thousands of creators traveled to D.C., Memorial weekend, to attend the first annual Build Your Own Brand Retreat #byobretreat. This group of melanin poppin young entrepreneurs, developers and entertainers gathered to listen to established influences like the co-founder of Blavity Jhonathan Jackson and Insecure’s Molly, Yvonne Orji.

Meet the Man Behind The Movement

Andrew Nguyen, a successful brand builder, entrepreneur and founder of The O Agency: A Brand and Performance Marketing Agency, made his mark and impacted the lives of thousands of entrepreneurs through the execution of this amazing retreat.  “Meeting people in real life is the best way to build brands and trust versus superficial online interactions,” said Nguyen.

Nguyen was recently featured in the New York Times Best Selling Book “Crushing It” by Gary Vaynerchuck.

The goal was to help people grow their networks, get clarity on their goals, toss around ideas, and gain guidance and perspective through workshops. The connections and networking that took place this past weekend in some cases could have only been created this space. Andrew and his team has created a mini incubation for millennial entrepreneurs. They had a piece of information for everyone regardless what building stage you were in within your career.
