East Orange Hosts HBCU Summer Work Experience Fair
The city of East Orange, NJ Mayor’s Office of Employment and Training will host its annual Summer Work Experience Program Kickoff in conjunction with a Historically Black Colleges and Universities Fair April 8, 2017.
Students will get the chance to meet with representatives from the following HBCUs: Bennett College for Women, Cheyney University, Clark Atlanta University, Florida A&M University, Hampton University, Howard University, Lincoln University, Morgan State University, North Carolina A&T State University, Shaw University and Virginia State University.
Applications for the annual Summer Work Experience Program will be distributed (East Orange Residents Only).

There will also be representatives from Local colleges/universities, chapters of fraternities and sororities in the Divine 9 to share information about their organizations and financial aid institutions including the United Negro College Fund.
