Fashion: Is The Male Romper (RompHims) Your Favorite Look of The Summer So Far?
The Internet went beyond crazy Monday concerning a kick-starter project regarding male rompers, branded name “RompHims”, launched by company ACED Design.
Kickstarter is an enormous global community built around creativity and creative projects. Over 10 million people, from every continent on earth, have backed a Kickstarter project. Some of those projects come from influential artists like De La Soul or Marina Abramović.
“We were sitting around drinking beers one evening and got to talking about the men’s clothing options out there,” the business student founders reveal on the Kickstarter page. “Everything was either too corporate … too fratty … too ‘runway’ … or too basic … Why wasn’t there anything out there that allowed guys to be more stylish and fun without also sacrificing comfort, fit and versatility?”
The group of business school brothers in Chicago who’ve got a Kickstarter were initially joking around but later wanted to really make this male romper a true fashion item!
Their pitch: “Turn heads and break hearts when you take your RompHim for a spin. This super-garment is designed to … keep you cool as the days and nights heat up.” They’ve even trademarked RompHim, as though someone else is sitting around trying to cram men into onesies.

The DailyBeast reported the RompHim Kickstarter has raised a growing $150,186, which is considerably more than its $10,000 goal. There are still 27 days to go to back the project. A lot of men or women clearly like the idea of a male romper, even while making delicious fun of it.
The RompHim’s will launch in stores in July in shades such as chambray and paint splatter costing nearly $119 according to Today.com
