Unfortunately, there are often rumors from Netflix that a promising series will be wiped out after just one season, without giving creators the opportunity to evolve and start emerging. Fortunately, the couple introduced it a few weeks ago League of Legends: Arcane has not reached that fate, as the streaming giant has already ordered it to continue modifying the animated video game, and work has already begun, according to a recent post on the series’ Twitter page.
The series chronicles the history of the League of Legends player world, which has been under construction since Riot Games since 2009, and is located in the technologically advanced city of Piltover and the core region of Zaun. Season one completely convinced us, as did Netflix with its powerful visuals, character-driven storytelling, and hugely impressive action. Of course, this is not surprising, since Arcane has become the series that propelled Squid Game (or Win Your Life) to the top of the list of most-watched shows, and is the most-rated piece in the history of the platform based on the Rottent Tomatoes compilation – viewer ratings are currently 98%.
