Old Samsung phones will feel faster after One UI 5.0 update

Although Samsung missed the first round of beta testing, it is already working on its own interface based on Android 13, One UI 5.0, about which there is now new news.

The Sammobile According to its information, the manufacturer will completely redesign the animation in One UI 5.0, improving and speeding up transitions. This doesn’t seem like a huge innovation at first, but you can expect quite a bit, and your Samsung phone’s system will definitely feel more alive after the upgrade.

We don’t have any information yet about what other improvements Samsung is making, but since One UI 5.0 will be based on Android 13, we might already have an idea of ​​some of the innovations. Just a few examples: app-specific language, fewer annoying notifications (apps can’t send notifications without permission), better optimization for large screen devices.

According to previous reports, Samsung is already working on improving One UI 5.0, and it is said that beta testing may begin sooner than usual. This means that the first stable updates may begin as early as October, but no later than November, on the manufacturer’s current top models, members of the Galaxy S22 series, and then other devices may come in line.

Samsung will release the new system all the way to the Galaxy S20 and Note 20, which are already in the high-end category, but Android 13 is also expected for a number of mid-range models.
