Xiaomi’s new mid-range phone has arrived, the successor to the Mi 11 Lite 5G and the 11 Lite 5G NE. The Xiaomi 12 Lite is very similar to the previous generation, but some improvements have been made.
The phone has a very correct 6.55-inch Full HD + AMOLED display, which already supports 120Hz image refresh, touch detection is 240Hz, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support has also not been ruled out.
The Snapdragon 778G runs in the Xiaomi 12 Lite, which means that no progress has been made in terms of hardware, but to this day it is a very competitive, powerful and economical enough solution. It comes with 6 or 8 GB of RAM, depending on the package. Or 128 or 256 GB of internal storage.
A new 108MP ISOCELL HM2 with f/1.9 aperture has been added to the rear, along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro module.
The selfie camera has a resolution of 32 MP, it uses an ISOCELL GD2 sensor and also has autofocus.
The battery has a capacity of 4300 mAh and supports 67W fast charging, and the corresponding adapter will be in the box. The system is MIUI 13 based on Android 12, it is worth noting the dual SIM slot and the fact that we can use 5G networks with both cards.
The great feature of the mobile is that it is particularly light, weighing just 173g, is IP53 drop-resistant and has stereo speakers. Unfortunately, we still have to give up the socket connector.
The base version of the Xiaomi 12 Lite will be available for $400, which translates to HUF 159,000, but by the time the phone reaches us, it will likely be a lot more expensive.
