Fans of the build-free style can rejoice again.
The developers of Fortnite delighted the community with the long-awaited mode in Chapter 3 Season 2. The name No Build LTM (and later the permanent game mode) is quite clear, Epic Games managed to get rid of the builds with noble simplicity thanks to the newly introduced mechanics. The reception was clearly positive, especially since after a few weeks the “normal” options are back, so that everyone can find the style of game that suits them.
Epic Games has also implemented No Build rules in some competitions, but they haven’t really been incorporated into the competitive part of the game yet, even though they were required of players. On Tuesday, the developers broke the silence, announcing the happy news on the Fortnite Competitive Twitter page.
Zero Build Arena is now available for a limited time!
Grab your Shockwave grenades and protect your trio, because it’s time to climb the patrols.

– Fortnite Competitive (FNCompetitive) 12 July 2022
From July 12 until the end of August, we can enjoy Zero Build Arena, where the developers voted on the Trio format. The Loot Pool will be the same as Zero Build mode, not the regular arena, so we can meet heavy snipers, Shockwave grenades or even Port-A-Forts. However, the recording and individual activity sections are perfectly aligned with other competitive modes.
Epic Games also surprises players with gifts, and fortunately less skilled users can find their accounts. The list of skins and their conditions are as follows:
- Get 400 Passion Points: Drift Drift Mist
- Access to the Contestant League: GGG Emoticon
- Champion League Achievements: GOATICON Emoticon
