The best airlines for 2022 have been revealed

In the past few years, air transport has had to face new challenges. After closing due to the coronavirus pandemic, there has been general chaos, flight cancellations and a shortage of labor at airports.

Posted during this unexpected period Australian Airlines Rankings Annual Summarywhere the best airlines for 2022 were ranked – CNN Travel reported.

In addition to profitability, AirlineRatings also took into account each airline’s fleet age, steps taken to achieve sustainability and environmental protection, the effectiveness of security measures, and passenger opinions.

At the top of the list of twenty is Qatar Airways, followed by Air New Zealand. The New Zealand airline achieved the best result in the Pacific region for all classes of flight.

Third place went to Etihad Airways. The UAE-based airline has won the Green Airline of the Year award for its efforts to reduce emissions.

Fourth place on the list is Korean Air, which was also named Best Cargo Airline of the Year and Best Long-Distance Airline in Asia. In fifth place was Singapore Airlines, which also won the award for Best First Class Service.

AirlineRatings has also compiled a summary of the best low-cost airlines, including EasyJet, Ryanair, and others.

A year ago, Qatar Airways also triumphed, and Air New Zealand took second place.
