A group of investors has submitted plans for a four-star, 70-room hotel in the mayor’s office in Badacsonytomaj – this news was shared by MP Fidesz Zoltán Fenyvesi on the community portal several weeks ago.
Vinivisi Most 24.hu told the Badacsony Heritage Company Kft. (BHC) was planning to invest and had already bought property of the former Volán resort in Római út.
One of the owners of BHC is Tamás Fellegi’s family business, Willard Partners Zrt. , Which is run by former minister and his son Áron Fellegi. Tamas Fleegi has held the position of Minister of Development in Viktor Orban’s government since 2010, but resigned after a year and a half.
Another majority-owned owner is Promotheus Agency Bt. , Owned by Dávid Petneházy, ex-president of Fidelitas in Szabolcs. The president of the Petneházy Foundation wrote to the portal that the investment is currently in the preparation stage and that only after the completion of the planning phase will the final visual plans of the hotel be announced.
A hotel and gated beach facing the beach are also planned. One can change the scenery from one’s point of view, the other is down to the question of how much detour the water can travel.
Badacsonytomaj municipality is pleased to be able to build a hotel that not only offers high-quality accommodation for the increasing number of tourists who visit here every year, but also provides excellent job opportunities for families living in the settlement.
