The governors of Florida and Texas sent illegal immigrants from southern US border cities to East Coast settlements Thursday, using buses and even planes. Texas Governor Greg Abbott previously argued that Texas is overstretched and that those in power in Washington and New York must face the reality of a border crisis.

Organized by the Republican Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis, 50 people arrived by plane on Martha’s Vineyard, an island in Massachusetts near the northeastern coast of the United States that is a popular vacation spot for the Democratic elite and where, for example, the former President Barack Obama’s purchased property is located. for $12 million.

About 100 illegal immigrants from Texas arrived in Washington, right at the residence of Vice President Kamala Harris, this time in two buses, organized by Governor Greg Abbott. Kamala Harris declined to comment on the incident when asked by reporters at an event at the White House. He said in a television interview Sunday, that the US borders are secured, but the immigration system is bad, and it was destroyed in the four years before he took office, and it needs improvement. He urged the vice president to pass the law that he and the president had promised.

Muriel Power, the mayor of Washington, DC, declared a state of emergency last week, creating an opportunity to allocate financial resources to care for incoming illegal immigrants. The governor of Texas has sent dozens of buses to New York, Washington and Chicago in recent weeks. Greg Abbott argues that Texas is exhausted, and that those in power in Washington and New York need to confront the reality of a border crisis.

Since April, the number of immigrants turned away from the southern border, especially from Texas, has approached 10,000.
