Index – Abroad – Ryanair has warned its passengers – those who do not pay attention may also pay a fine

During the said period, check-in will not be available for those flying with the airline, so those whose flight falls in the relevant period must check-in for their flights before the forced closure: that is, by six in the morning on Tuesday.

Those who do not do so expect to be punished. The fine is usually 55 euros, but only 30 euros for flights to Spain. Ryanair encourages its passengers to check-in online, writes euronews.

Most destinations do not even require a printed boarding pass. Countries like Turkey, Morocco, Lebanon or Israel require it. In addition, it must be served even at Kefalonia Airport in Greece.

For those who have purchased a Flexi Plus ticket or a ticket for a specific seat, check-in is possible 60 days before flight departure. Those who purchased their ticket after January 28, 2021, which is not for a specific destination, can check in as soon as 24 hours before flight departure.

A similar shutdown was implemented at Ryanair a month ago, and even then many people had to pay the fine. However, it should be noted that simply checking in is not enough: a printed or downloaded boarding pass must also be presented.
