- On Tuesday, midterm elections were held in the United States, in which all members of the House of Representatives of the legislature and the House of Representatives and one-third of the members of the Senate were voted for.
- According to polls and forecasts, Republicans are very likely to win a majority in the House of Representatives, and control of the Senate may be decided in a few close races.
