Our colleague found that the OTP service is really stuck: some functions work, but others don’t work as well, and the system generally runs slower than usual.
For example, when querying and redeeming a car prize deposit, the system indicates: “The banking system is currently unavailable. Please try your transaction again later.” In addition, push messages arrive slower than usual even for successful purchases.
