One of the defining toys of many of our childhoods was the sometimes crazy looking Hot Wheels cars, which can also be purchased with cool racing tracks. This was addressed in 2021 by turn Studio, who made the imperfect, but very entertaining Hot Wheels movie Unleashed.
The studio is currently working on several projects and, according to the latest news, is among them Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged Also, that is, we get a sequel. As promised by the creators, there will be much more new content than what fans call DLC disguised as a sequel.
There will be more than 130 seats at the premiere. In this area, the first game also could not be shy, but this time there will be ATVs and motorcycles in addition to cars. Players will be able to collect skill points that can be used to improve the power and attributes of their vehicles. During the races, we will be able to push our opponents hard from the side to knock them off the field.
We also get a story mode, of which very few details are known so far, all we know is that it will be about four characters who all come from different places and will have different personalities. Their story will be told through regular introductory videos. The creators are also replenishing the track editor, which was already very popular in the first part, but we also get a sticker designer.
Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. According to the plans, we will be able to start on October 19th.
