Based on what we’ve seen so far, it promises to be a very interesting game Ironwood Studios formed in his workshop Pacific drive. This inside-out action-adventure game takes place in an enclosed area where the laws of nature sometimes act capriciously. We have to somehow survive here, since our only help will be a station wagon.
The developers have given us many good news in the past few days. The first is that they finally managed to get a deal with a publisher that got their game. For edition, the Kepler Interactive I will answer. The other good news is that a new developer diary has been set up.
In the video above, studio founder and Pacific Drive Creative Director of Development Alexandre Drascott talks about the team’s work and how their longstanding desire for aimless driving inspired the game. Meanwhile, we also get to know the gameplay.
Players will find themselves in the Olympic Exclusion Zone, where they can set up their headquarters in an abandoned garage. This is where they will find their vehicle, as it will be the only way out into the dangerous world to get parts, equipment, and last but not least, clues and information.
Pacific Drive is being made for PC and PlayStation 5, and if all goes according to plan, it will be released sometime this year.
