The famous actor is in great shape after losing almost half a kilo of weight

John Goodman lost half his body weight thanks to years of hard work.

John Goodman has cut his weight nearly in half in recent years, and has long since left behind the respectable stomach that still exists in the Flintstones. The Arizona Devil and The Big Lebowski star not only made a lifestyle change, but back in 2007, she has since lost a total of 90 kilos.

The actor struggled with the yo-yo effect for years, but when his weight reached 180 kilos, the feat gave him another push to keep going and he lost another twenty kilos.

John hit the red carpet at the Monte Carlo Television Festival in Monaco a few days ago, looking dapper in beige dress pants and a custom-made blue blazer.

The actor was able to shed 30 kilos in a quick three months, then rewarded himself for his hard work, then slowly fell back into his old bad habits and regained the kilos he had lost. However, she has kept her weight off for years now, which is a very good sign.

“I want to do it slowly. Every day I look in the mirror and know that I have to get through this day. It is a lifestyle change, and it will last for the rest of my life.”

Goodman said.

What is the secret of losing weight?

Giving up alcohol, John hired personal trainer Mackie Shelston, which eventually changed his life and his body. For years, the Mediterranean diet has been the basis of his diet, with dishes focusing on fish, olive oil, vegetables, nuts, and fruits, and the actor also makes sure to take 10,000-12,000 steps a day.
