Half of twenty-somethings believe their job is secure
The picture is not favorable from the point of view of recognition, and the situation is not much better in terms of job stability. More than half of working youth, 52 per cent, believe their job is secure, a finding consistent with the values of the last four quarters, which are considered low. In the history of the survey, from the end of 2017 to the decline caused by the coronavirus epidemic, to the middle of 2020, 60-70 percent of working youth felt that their workplace was stable. According to the latest research, in the first quarter of this year, 34% of respondents said that the stability of the workplace was average, and 14% said that they had nothing to fear in this regard.
When asked how easy it would be to find a new job, 33 percent of young people said it would be easy. More than a quarter of them, 27 percent, expect an average scenario for this situation, while 40 percent expect difficulties in this area. A potential job abroad is an option for 32 percent of respondents, but more than 40 percent do not consider this scenario.
