The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating a failed attempt by SpaceX’s Starship, which ended in a stunning explosion. As is known, the prototype SN9 is a reusable rocket from Elon Musk space company and is expected to be able to land vertically. The company’s goal of the stainless-steel rocket is to fulfill SpaceX’s Mars mission.

The Federal Aviation Administration has already been outraged by a dizzying December accident similar to the previous prototype, SN8: An investigation into the company’s safety culture and decision-making process was launched, and the Boca Chica pilot plant was closed until public safety rules were met.
According to Bloomberg, this was due to the fact that SN8 was launched without the agency’s permission.
Tensions between the office and SpaceX increased further in late January due to the new test. The Federal Aviation Administration has stopped shooting the SN9 once a week for public safety reasons. In response, Elon Musk accused rival billionaire Jeff Bezos of trying to bring SpaceX back through the bureaucracy. The company had the prospect of launching another final version, the SN10.
After evacuating the nearby village, the Federal Aviation Administration finally gave the green light.
No more Twitter
This time, the agency said it was “leading an investigation into the root of the problems that led to the crash of the SpaceX Starship SN9 model, which represents a potential increase in the program’s security.”
Elon Musk did not comment on the accident, after the spacecraft landed, he just said “I won’t be using Twitter for some time.”
SpaceX announced in a statement that two more Falcon 9 rockets will be launched this week with Starlink satellites.
