As impossibly deep as this Fiat Panda may seem, it is there, that is, it was not created by artificial intelligence or a figment of our imagination. Behind the wild build is an Italian YouTube channel, Carmagheddon, which scooped up a first-generation Fiat Panda from a junkyard.
The real part of the work began then, and they immediately cut the Fiat body lengthwise at the height of the door handles, so another car had to be carved out of the window sills, pillars and roof – which they did:
As you can see, the remainder of the pandas at the end of the process were placed on rollers, which provide about 3, that is, three centimeters, clearance, which is probably sufficient to prevent the hull from falling into the cover of each channel.
Of course, due to the alterations, there was no room not only for the seats and wheels, but also for the engine, so – like driving He puts it – the result was a tricycle with a two-stroke engine. Even if it seems unbelievable, the driver can fit in, but his vision is obstructed by the steering wheel and the engine as well as the darkened windshield – they tried to remedy this with a GoPro camera placed on the roof, which transmits its image to the mobile phone in the passenger compartment.
Anyway, the first test drive can be said to be a success, although it is not easy to drive at all, the driver has to deal with the small space and gravel pieces hitting his face. It is not known whether it has officially succeeded in creating the lowest car in the world, but it certainly could be a strong opponent in such an indicator. On the other hand, it can be said without exaggeration that in the history of Panda since 1980 they have managed to create something unique.
