What level of beating is available for first time lol?
Based on current practice, those who start a new account will have access to Heal and Ghost at level 1. At level 4, Exhaust and Barrier are already available. Mark and Clarity can be used on ARAM at level 6, and Flash and Teleport can be selected at level 7. You have to wait until level 9 before Ignite and Smite become available as summoner abilities.
Since a complete beginner doesn’t really get anything from the tutorial, he’ll be really lost in the Rift if he picks up Smite without a clue about the jungle.
