The current update to Google Mail is focused on efficiency.
Calendars that can be managed and shared digitally have greatly facilitated the process of scheduling appointments, and of course Google helps users with that in the form of Calendar launched in 2006, which is available not only on Android and the web, but also on iOS.
The search giant’s latest addition is that it now puts the calendar right at our fingertips on the Gmail platform, so we can have a look at our free time right while we’re writing emails.

By clicking on the first option, the system will automatically show you when we are free based on the calendar, and with the second option, you can immediately insert a new event into the program.
Thanks to the update, we no longer have to open the calendar separately in this case, but the new feature also has limitations: the recommendation of available times only works in the case of face-to-face meetings, if several people attend the event, only the person will be added automatically, no matter who Book the appointment first.
The new feature will be launched from July 11 for Workspace customers and users with a private Google account, with a deadline of up to 15 days, meaning that it will be available to everyone before the end of the month.
