A kidnapper released a 13-year-old girl from a parked car in Southern California after passers-by saw her trying to call for help with a piece of paper. The kidnapper was arrested and charged, reports A.J guardian.
According to local police, the incident occurred on July 9 in a parking lot in Long Beach, not far from Los Angeles, where several passers-by reported to the police after they noticed a girl holding a piece of paper that read “Help” in one of the parked cars. After that, the girl, who looked very agitated, was rescued from the car by the arriving police.
Since then, it has also been revealed that the girl was kidnapped by 61-year-old Stephen Robert Sablan on July 6 from a bus stop in San Antonio, Texas, where he forced her into his car at gunpoint. During the investigation, it was revealed that the man sexually assaulted the girl while driving to California, and an exact replica was also found in his car, with which he threatened his victim.
