BDPST Hotel Group has confirmed the appointment of a new director for the luxury sector: Peter Knoll will also run a private club in Buda next to the castle in Tura and a golf course.

Botaniq Budai Klub will operate as a private membership club in a format still unknown in Hungary. It will provide entertainment and catering services for members, but it will also be suitable for conducting negotiations, and it will also provide the use of an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. Because of the club’s limited capabilities and the exclusivity of the concept, they count on a maximum membership of 75-100 people in the first round, which is a small number compared to foreign examples. Members will pay an entry fee and an annual membership fee. Only those whose applications have been accepted by the confidential admissions committee.”
In the interview, Peter Knoll also talked about the fact that Botaniq Turai Kastély has joined the Small Luxury Hotels of the World association, and that BDPST Hotel is the only member from Hungary.
As a result of a recent agreement, the BDPST Group has bought the Pannónia Golf & Country Club from Alcsútdoboz, which will be the third unit in the group. The aim is to present the Botaniq range level of service in this unit as well. Since the golf club is traditionally closed in the winter, work will begin to renovate the buildings, and it will only be included in the range from spring.
