the courier Reports indicate that more than a quarter of Americans regularly use artificial intelligence in their daily work, according to an online survey of 2,625 US citizens published by Reuters/Ipsos on Friday.

On the other hand, about 10% of the respondents claimed that their boss banned the use of AI tools. Employees use ChatGPT to write emails, summarize documents, and perform preliminary research.

Samsung has already blocked ChatGPT

Companies have different views on the use of artificial intelligence. For example, South Korean electronics company Samsung banned ChatGPT and other AI tools in May after an employee uploaded sensitive information to the platform.

Employees of US giant Procter & Gamble cannot use ChatGPT either. In June, Google warned its employees to be careful when using the company’s chatbot, Bardot, or other competing platforms.

“Employers are rightly careful that chatbots can be tricked into revealing sensitive data with targeted commands,” said Paul Lewis, president of cybersecurity firm Nominet. At the same time, other companies, such as Coca-Cola, are gradually moving to the program to improve efficiency.
