As previously mentioned by the Index, A Made by Google Google revealed a number of products at its event in October.
The Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro have also been launched, as well as the Pixel Watch 2, but alongside them, the company has also made Android 14 available for download – which is currently available for very few devices.
Android 14 was first compatible with Google’s Pixel devices, so if you have a Pixel 4a or later, you’ll need to check your settings for the new update.

Xiaomi and Samsung also participated
This year, the Chinese company Xiaomi was the quickest in terms of providing updates and, among third-party manufacturers, released Android 14 for the Xiaomi 12T, 13 and 13 Pro mobile phones – we tested the latter ourselves.
In addition, the South Korean company Samsung is not slowing down either, as the beta version of OneUI 6.0 based on Android 14 can already be downloaded for many devices – for the top models of this year, such as the Galaxy S23, as well as the Fold5 and Flip5 mobile phones, it should arrive. Final release within weeks.
