For the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, some issues have been revealed this year.

According to tech enthusiasts, “Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro Max reportedly faced screen burn-in issues, which has become a bigger problem for the company this year.” Screen burn-in occurs when an image stays on the screen for too long, no matter what you do with the device. A Redditor whose iPhone keyboard burned out was very sober, writing: “I have the same issue. Apple will replace it. Seems to be relatively rare, I’ve seen about 5 reports total. But it’s definitely a real issue out of the 15 reports.” Pro Max, which previous generations did not have.”

Burning often begins with image retention. This is a ghostly image, showing a previous screen that disappears over time. So, if your iPhone has a photo saving feature, turn it off before it gets burned permanently. Some apps that remain static for long periods of time or that have screen elements that don’t change, such as Google Maps, are vulnerable to screen burn-in.

However, it takes a long time for the screen to burn in, which means iPhone 15 Pro Max screens exhibiting this issue may be suffering from a manufacturing defect. Either way, Apple needs to replace the phone because this is a hardware issue and a software update won’t help fix this type of error.
