The UK’s Air Traffic Management Service (NATS) reported a technical issue on Monday that disrupted flights across the country.

Delays and cancellations are expected at Gatwick Airport – London’s second largest airport. Following NATS, Edinburgh Airport advises travelers to go there only after checking their flight status with their airline.
Scottish airline Loganair reported the issue with air traffic control on X, formerly known as Twitter, where it reported on Monday morning that “UK air traffic control computer systems experienced a network failure.”

The problem, which affected all of British air traffic, previously arose at the end of May, when similar major delays occurred.
