It won’t be the “little” iPhone anymore
As you know, the first iPhone SE became a very popular phone because it brought back the smaller screen size of the days of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, because the device got the iPhone 5s shell and a 4-inch display. All of this was true for the second and third generation models as well, since they were still smaller when hidden in the iPhone 8 case than iPhones that already used FaceID — however, that will change.
