This lack of information about such an upcoming title is very worrying, with many people wondering what’s going on so far and why we’re not getting at least some updates on the progress of the project. Now Team Bloober has announced on Twitter that all of their major games will be participating in Steam’s fall sales, although this has nothing to do with the expected remake, with one commenter wondering why we haven’t heard anything about the upcoming game in a while.
Surprisingly, he got an answer, although it was not very reassuring, as he wrote that “Konami is the publisher and manufacturer of the game.” Communication is definitely part of their mission“We hope this means that more news about Silent Hill 2 Remake might come according to the developers, but for some reason Konami won’t.
Anyway, The Game Awards are right around the corner (December 8), which should be perfect for some gaming announcements.
