But according to the spokesman, Moscow does not agree with Joe Biden’s statement that the United States of America is capable of building such a system.

According to Peskov, Moscow’s position is that there should be a world order based on international law, mutual respect, mutual benefit and non-interference in each other’s internal affairs. He said that this system must be free from attempts to concentrate all oversight mechanisms in the hands of one country and from imposing the will and decisions of some on other countries.
