With a significantly reshaped roster from the Super Bowl team two seasons ago, the Los Angeles Rams are still in a better position to make the NFC playoffs than the Seattle Seahawks.
Despite Joe Flacco’s best efforts, the Cleveland Browns eventually collapsed late and the Rams cruised to a 36-19 win. It’s the third straight win for the Rams, and after starting 3-6 while the Seahawks were 6-3, both teams are now 6-6 and the Rams own the head-to-head tiebreaker.
Seattle is now out of the playoff spot even before Sunday Night Football A confrontation between the Green Bay Packers (5-6) and the Kansas City Chiefs. And it’s very likely that they won’t come back either.
Here are the updated rankings.
