How much money will be paid for next year’s Hungarian Olympic gold medal has been revealed

– The State Secretariat responsible for sports has proposed to the government to increase the amount of the Olympic bonus by ten percent compared to the Tokyo bonus, and I can gladly announce that the government supports the proposal, so our athletes can expect a ten percent increase for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris – Announced by Adam Schmidt , quoted by MTI from the MOB General Assembly.

The gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics came with a government reward of fifty million forints, so this amount would already be 55 million forints in Paris.

The table below shows how much money Tokyo has been awarded for each classification, and how it will change next year in light of the ten percent increase just announced.
