The 37th European Regional General Assembly of the International Railway Association (UIC), held on 13 December 2023, once again elected Zoltan Bavieri as a representative member of the European Management Committee (EMC) for Central and Eastern Europe. This is clear from the MÁV information. The mandate for the period 2024-2025.
The re-election can be assessed as an important diplomatic success for MÁV Railways, as the position continues to provide an opportunity to present the results of the MÁV-Volán Group on the international stage.
