The head of the Catholic Church arrived today, Friday, on a three-day visit to Hungary. On the first day of Pope Francis' visit, he also met with President Katalin Novak and Prime Minister Viktor Orbán. The international press also reported his visit, and crowds at the house were awaiting his arrival. Pope Francis will participate in ten private and public meetings and deliver six speeches during his visit to Hungary. The Pope's trip is primarily a pastoral visit. The head of the Catholic Church came to Budapest to visit Christians and Catholics residing in Hungary and to encourage and strengthen them in their faith. What will happen on Saturday?
On Saturday morning, Pope Francis will make a private visit to the Blessed Batyanyi-László Stratman Home for the Blind, then meet the poor, refugees and members of Hungarian minorities at the Roman Catholic Church in Árpád-Házy on Róssák Square.
