The Redmi Pad Pro tablet debuted with a 12.1-inch display

The line of large, budget-friendly tablets is bolstered by the recently unveiled Redmi Pad Pro. The device was introduced in the company of the Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone, and apart from its large screen, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset serves the interior and its features. A 10,000 mAh battery makes it interesting.

The Redmi Pad Pro has a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio panel capable of 120Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. Protection against physical impacts is provided by Gorilla Glass 3. There are a total of four speakers on the device, and they support the Dolby Atmos standard, and it is worth noting that the tablet is also equipped with a headphone output, which is now on the verge of completion.

The Redmi Pad Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, complemented by 6 or 8GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of storage, depending on our choice.

This machine wasn't designed for photography either, but it got an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle front camera and an 8-megapixel wide-angle rear camera. The tablet runs on the Hyper OS system based on Android 14, which also supports various continuity functions, capable of connecting Xiaomi computers and phones equipped with the HyperOS system directly to the tablet. For example, the phone screen can be imaged to the tablet, files can be sent between devices, and with compatible Xiaomi computers, the tablet can also be used as a secondary wireless display.

The Redmi Pad Pro is powered by a 10,000mAh battery, and the battery supports 33W charging. The pen and keyboard case can be used to control the device, but must be purchased separately. The Redmi Pad Pro will be available in grey, green and blue, and fans can also opt for a limited edition Harry Potter edition, which comes with a leather case and stylus, along with all sorts of other Harry Potter goodies.

The tablet configuration equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage costs about 75,000 HUF in local currency, while the version with 8GB of operational memory and 256GB of storage can be purchased for about 90,000 HUF in yuan. . The Harry Potter remake cuts fans' budget by 150,000 HUF. The Redmi Pad Pro will go on sale in China on April 15, and global distribution has not been mentioned yet.
