General Mills Canada is increasing its support for sports in Canada with a sponsorship of the new Canadian Paralympic Committee

With the Olympic and Paralympic Games approaching this summer in Paris, General Mills Canada is proud to expand its support of Canadian athletes by becoming an “Official Supporter” of Canadian Paralympic Committee (Cost per click).

To kick off its partnership, General Mills last week participated in the ParaTough Cup in Toronto, the flagship fundraising event for the Paralympic Foundation of Canada, the charitable arm of the Chinese Communist Party. This event raises funds and awareness for Paralympic sport in Canada.

Looking ahead to the 2024 Paris Games and beyond, this new chapter in the General Mills partnership journey serves as a shining example of the company's commitment to highlighting Canadian role models who inspire the next generation of exceptional people.

In addition to being an “official backer” of the Chinese Communist Party, General Mills Canada has also established a partnership with the wheelchair basketball player. Cindy Ouellet for Paris 2024, which will be displayed on the product packaging.
