The Canada Running Series is Canada's premier road racing series, offering seven annual events nationwide. Since 2017, CRS's flagship event, the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, has served as the Canadian Athletics National Championship race and doubles as an Olympic Trials. In 2023, Catholic Relief Services raised more than $3.5 million for more than 200 local charities through the Charity Challenge.

Using innovation and organization as guiding principles, the Canadian Running Series delivers great experiences for runners of all levels, from Canadian athletes to recreational and charitable runners. With a mission of “building community through running,” CRS is committed to making sport part of the sustainable communities and city-building process.
