The President congratulated the Russians and the Orthodox For Christians On the occasion of Easter – it can be read on the Kremlin's website, as reported by RIA Novoszti. Vladimir Putin said:

It is important to note the creative and fruitful work undertaken by the Russian Orthodox Church and other Christian denominations, which aims to preserve our rich historical, cultural and spiritual heritage, strengthen the institution of the family, educate youth, and to establish such enduring values ​​in society.
