This summer, fall and early 2025, Netflix will launch three sports TV series in collaboration with the Olympic Games, revealing the behind-the-scenes experiences of world champions.
“Netflix's upcoming sports series Displays “A captivating glimpse into the lives of the Olympians who are at the heart of the Olympic Games, offering inspiring stories and perspectives,” said Jerome Parmentier, IOC Vice President of Media Rights and Content Partnerships.
Simone Biles: Rise
After returning to the Olympics after withdrawing from Tokyo 2020, Simone Biles changed her understanding of the sport by working on her mental health and gymnastics abilities. The show will follow the famous athlete through her discovery of change, patience and triumph.
Sprint
Going beyond human limits and breaking world records, Sprint Reveals the real lives of the world's best runners. On the road, in Training and on the Olympic stage, the show will capture the strength and endurance origins of the sprint champions.
Men's Olympic Basketball
Six episodes of true stories from around the world will highlight the world's best basketball players and their relentless drive to win at the 2024 Olympics. Executive producers include Barack and Michelle Obama.
