Samsung's new OLED gaming monitor has arrived in Hungary

The Odyssey OLED G8 is powered by a 32-inch flat OLED panel.

We've received news from Samsung's Hungarian office that the company will be bringing its first 32-inch OLED gaming monitor with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels to Hungary, the Odyssey OLED G8, which can be pre-ordered for approximately 510,000 Hungarian forints.

The device received a 31.5-inch QD-OLED quantum dot OLED screen, developed and manufactured by Samsung Display, which this time features a flat design, and as usual, the GtG response time is only 0.03 milliseconds, while the ceiling of its image refresh rate is only 0.03 milliseconds. 240 Hz. The model in question supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology and has a maximum brightness of 250 cd/m².

The peripherals are equipped with advanced burn-in protection, one of the elements of which is the Dynamic Cooling System, a pulsating heat pipe system that evaporates and condenses the coolant in order to dissipate heat five times more efficiently than the previous graphite plate method.

The product also detects static content such as logos or menus and automatically reduces their brightness, and the screen has a special coating that effectively scatters or absorbs external light, so you don't have to worry about annoying reflections or glare.
