Location: Veszprém Castle Prison, Part 1

From content broadcast June 26.

Coming from Veszprém on Wednesday, where the recently opened Várbörtön exhibition is presented, this time you can hear the first part. The interesting thing about the exhibition brought back to life by the European Capital of Culture is that just over 20 years ago, convicts lived here within the walls, in the quietest place in Veszprém, as we are just a few meters below the castle. There is also an exit next to the Heroes Gate, but it is not open to visitors. Now we approach the Várbörtön Gallery from the lower part of Jókai utca, the so-called Ruttner House, past the visitor center and student hostel, where we take the elevator up.

He speaks: Veszprém Mayor Gyula Borja, EKF Press Chief Mihaly Müller, Architectural Designer Peter Lamos, and House of Horrors Maria Schmidt (archive).

Location – Kossuth Rádió – Wednesday, June 26, at 11:00 am
