From the July 17 broadcast content.
Zsolt Lazarsko, a building contractor from Nadasdladany, who with his wife takes care of seven children as foster parents in addition to two of his own children, was looking for a sport for them locally. A place where they could go on their own, without parents, and where they could release their energy. Since he couldn’t find one, he formed a rugby team. Today, several age groups play sports with him, both boys and girls. It’s incredible, but they built almost everything from scratch. We visited a training session of Laza SE after the girls’ under-16s (together with their fellow athletes from Fehervár) won the UWG (United World Games) World Cup in Klagenfurt on June 22. It’s touching and thought-provoking that after the winning match against the Scots, a change of jersey was only missed because the team only had one kit.
