Once again, Rossmann is a Best Workplace (x)

the Rossman After 2022, Hungary won the Kencentric Best Workplace award again in 2024, reflecting its outstanding results in the field of employee satisfaction and commitment. This year's survey was conducted between May 27 and June 9, asking all employees of the company of about 2,500 people to share their opinions on the company's operation and workplace atmosphere.

Based on the feedback, the survey showed a record number of participants: 95% of employees filled out the survey, demonstrating a high participation rate and strong commitment. Based on the feedback, the commitment level of Rossmann employees is 82%, which not only exceeds the company's previous results but also significantly exceeds the Hungarian average. While the latter is 58%, this value is only around 70% even for the best-performing companies, so Rossmann's employee satisfaction significantly exceeds both indicators.

At the same time, the company does not rest even after success: the management announced that based on the results of the survey, it will identify improvement points and prepare action plans in order to further increase employee satisfaction.
