The North American national team took the lead in the 13th minute through Jacob Schavelborg in Arlington, Texas, and in the 64th minute Salomon Rondon, who now leads the all-time scoring charts with 44 goals in Venezuela, equalized after raising the ball over the goal. The goalkeeper is in the net from 40 metres.
