Netflix seems to be happy with the viewership of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft.
In October, Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft debuted on Netflix, another video game adaptation that received mixed reviews from critics but seemed to be well received by viewers. Two weeks after the first eight episodes premiered, the service provider announced that there will be a second season, and we already know what it will be.
According to the official description, “When adventurer Lara Croft comes across stolen African Orisha masks, she teams up with her best friend Sam to recover the precious treasures.” Lara will once again be voiced by Hayley Atwell, while Sam will be voiced by Karen Fukuhara, known from The Boys.
In the new season, we will see the duo in dangerous situations in many parts of the world. A premiere date hasn't been set yet, but we'll likely have to wait a few years. Until then, we'll put it aside Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered package, and hopefully the next new game will be released soon.
