MVM Mobiliti Kft., the company announced on Wednesday. It received support worth approximately 1.2 billion Hungarian forints for the installation of electric chargers. With a contribution from the European Network Financing Facility (CEF).
At 20 sites, 4 charging stations with a capacity of 150 kW each are being set up on certain parts of the road network of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T).
The MVM ULTRA II 2023 project is one of the European projects helping to achieve the Green Deal through the installation of electric charging stations and hydrogen charging points, as well as the electrification of airports, they wrote.
Already in 2022, Mobiliti signed a support contract with the European Union's CINEA organization for the implementation of ten 600 kW (4×150 kW) AFIF charging stations. With the help of funds previously awarded by CEF, Mobiliti has already started the local fast charging network at Auchan stores in Budakalász, Czömör, Dunakesz, Fót, Kecskemét, Maglód, Miskolc, Székesfehérvár, Székesfehérvár, Szolnok and Törökbálint under this project by the end of 2024. Development is ongoing. With the new support, charging stations will be added to 20 additional locations.
