A very good function will soon be added to Xbox, which Microsoft has owed us for a long time.

04/30/2024 – We've gotten used to Microsoft adding more and more features to Xbox consoles every now and then, and we're happy with most of them. Especially when it comes to something really important, something that shakes up an ecosystem that has only been developing cautiously since 2013.
But this time, such an innovation will not come, but you can still be sincerely happy with it, because it adds a very good function to the Xbox home page. More precisely, a setting option that machines should have known a long time ago. Specifically, if you use a unique theme to hover over the gaming icon that appears on the home page, its corresponding wallpaper should appear in the background. So far, this has only worked when we used the factory default theme on Xbox, but from now on, if you select the Always display the selected game wallpaper option in the console settings in the Wallpapers menu, it will also work for individual themes
However, this feature is not available to everyone yet, and only insiders can test it, but I'm pretty sure everyone will be able to use it soon – perhaps within weeks.
Microsoft is testing a new update to the Xbox Home UI dashboard, which lets you enable game art backgrounds with any dynamic or regular background. Much better than having to use the default background to get the game art feature 👍 pic.twitter.com/DhdIGPZgCl
