A New Zealand woman has filed a lawsuit against her boyfriend because he did not take her to the airport despite promising to do so

There are arguments that start out with nothing, but turn deadly, which can poison the relationship between any couple. A good example of this is the case of the New Zealand woman whose glass was full when her boyfriend did not take her to the airport. He promised though.

The couple had been together for six and a half years until the conflict broke out, but their relationship did not last this way, because the woman was not satisfied with washing her head;

She also filed a lawsuit against her boyfriend at the time.

The woman (referred to in court documents only as CL) is suing her boyfriend (HG) because she claims there was no “verbal agreement” between them that he would take her to the airport and then stay at her apartment and mind his own business. Dogs While he was not home, HG ended up not waiting for him at the agreed upon time to take him to his plane.

Because of this, the woman faced a lot of inconvenience: she missed her flight, had to buy a ticket for the next day's flight, had to take her pets to a dog kennel, and even had to pay for transportation from the airport.

What's more, when she went to court, the woman also complained that her boyfriend had previously promised in vain to pay for the ferry tickets used to visit the woman's children, and eventually paid for the tickets for both of them, so she asked the court to oblige the man to also pay for your ticket.

The court thoroughly investigated the woman's accusations, ultimately concluding that the man had, in vain, not made any legally binding promises and therefore could not be held accountable for not fulfilling them in the end.

According to the judge's reasoning, “the nature of the promises was exchanged as a normal give and take in an intimate relationship” and did not constitute a contract, so he rejected the woman's claim.
