According to the news, they could replace the Plus with an ultra-thin smartphone in 2025.

One of the most popular smartphones of our time is the iPhone, currently in the Series 15, and we're already waiting for the Series 16 this fall. It is known that the widespread use of artificial intelligence will be one of its biggest innovations, but on the surface we cannot expect a major shift. According to the news, the big bang in this regard is reserved for next year, and the iPhone 17 is expected to be a design change to the extent that we last saw it with the iPhone X.

According to insiders, one of the most striking innovations is the thickness of the device: if not all designs are ultra-thin, it is said that the Plus may be replaced by a model much thinner than before. Currently, both the regular 15 and Plus models are 7.8mm thick, and the Pro and Pro Max are 8.25mm thick. Anyway, Apple had several sleeker models than this, the top of which was retained by the 6, which was 6.9mm without a camera protruding slightly from the level of the back.

At this point, of course, it's still too early to talk about details, and only rumors exist. It looks like we'll be getting phones with aluminum frames, with a more advanced front and rear camera placed in the middle, and the photo diagonal is expected to range between 6.12 and 6.69 inches.
