He was accused of former Polish Prime Minister Matthez Muroyki, as MTI writes. According to the Office of the Warsaw Province, the law and Justice (PIS) misused his authority when he only wanted to hold the 2020 presidential elections via Post.
Pioter Skipa, a spokesman for the Prosecutor, said Muroici was suspected of “excessive issuance and duties” to organize a 2020 speech vote, and his actions could be imposed until 3 years. Doubt of commitment is that Morwiecki did not stop the preparatory work of the institutions concerned, the Polish state post office and the monetary mark, which caused property damage. Skipa added that the politician did not recognize guilt.
“I declined to testify (…), and I will bear witness if I met the case documents,” said Moroyki, who left the prosecution building. According to him, if his government does not prepare the elections, the current coalition will accuse him of attacking democracy. Morwiecki voluntarily resigned in January because of the procedures against him. Then he said that he knows that he would end once in Poland, “The period of unfounded accusations, motivated by political.”
The first round of the presidential elections was eventually postponed due to the lack of political consensus and the debate in the Senate about the opposition, and voters voted in a mixed and traditional form and messages instead of the original time in early May.
The Public Prosecutor's Office launched measures against Moroyki regarding the initiative of the Parliamentary Investigation Committee to vote in 2020. The Polish Constitutional Court found the establishment of the Parliamentary Investigation Committee last year to destroy by the Polish Constitutional Court, but the government does not recognize the decisions of the commission.
